I thought that it would be a great benefit to you to hear the voices of your players that you have lost over the last year. I feel like if you and your licensed casinos listen to the voices of your players maybe you can change things to the better for everyone in this business. Players always come first to anyone in this business because without the gamblers you have nothing!

I encourge anyone that has a forum to also run a poll so your players can speak out, things need to change with Rival with a quickness.

I absolutely agree!
Since 2007 I have been a regular player (as well as an affiliate) at Rival casinos and yet NEVER have Rival appeared to take any notice of ANY constructive criticism of their software glitches and operational short-comings.
If only they had they could be in a MASSIVELY better position than they find themselves today.
RivalRep, listen to your PLAYERS - we know what we want - whereas you can only guess...
