Default CWC Affiliates Terms and Conditions Analysis

Affiliate Payment Date?: We pay all Marketing Fees within ten (10) days of the close of each calendar month, by check or wire transfer, as you prefer. If you prefer wire, there is a $35.00 wire fee, per wire, which will be deducted from your payments.

Negative Carryover?: f the amount due for a particular pay period is negative (Withdrawals (including Chargebacks or Credits) exceed Deposits) then the negative amount will be carried over into the following pay period for the following month.

Minimum Payment?: You will only be sent a check, neteller transfer or wire if the amount due is more than $200.00. (Let it be known that we have always received our payment even when that payment was less than $100. This clause may not be enforced)

Revenue Share Percentage?: (From FAQ Page) Our Regular Commision Structure
    $0 - $29,999 30%
    $30,000 - $49,999 35%
    $50,000+ 40%

CPA Details?: No mention of CPA Details in T&C's nor on their website

Tiered Revenue Sharing?: There is a 2-Tiered affiliate system for webmaster referrals, but the percentage information could not be found anywhere in the T&C's nor the website.

Our overall analysis: CWC Affiliates has a couple of minor infractions such as a large minimum payment and negative carryover. However, I have yet to see either one of these terms enforced. We believe that this program does NOT have predatory terms and is acceptable for all affiliates.

CWC Affiliates: ClubUSA, ClubUK, and ClubEuro Casinos (Realtime Gaming Software)

Hi Guard Dog! If CWC has negative carry over why are they
a recommended program? I thought ALL NEGATIVE carry
casinos have a red button meaning no good, as opposed to green.

    Thanks

Negative Carryover, while not a favorable term, is not a predatory term. Predatory is a term which allows casinos to steal your commissions. Negative Carryover does not do this and is always spelled out clearly in the terms.

We are working on an interface which shows a lot more 'statuses' per program (including both Negative Carryover and Bundling).

That will help you out for a quick-look, but neither will make a program predatory.

I hope that clears it up!

Thanks! In my opinion this is the most predatory condition
there is. I thought GuardDog agreed after seeing what
you did to make Intertops change their terms..

Why was Intertops flagged for negative carry but CWC
    is "no problem"?

I agree with you that Negative Carryover is one of the terms that most affiliates (including myself) do not like. We work hard with EVERY program to get negative carryover removed. That included CWC and Intertops.

Intertops and Roman DID remove the negative carryover. CWC was unwilling to do so.

So, 'CWC is no problem', is not accurate. We did attempt to get this term removed. However, since it is not a predatory term, we just put a warning in our terms analysis instead to show that this is a non-favorable term in place (note the red text to bring the term more attention).

Thanks GuardDog! I know CWC is one of the better
RTG casinos, but lack of choice should not condem us all.

Being at the top of the rTG pile is like being the king
of crap. I advertise CWC lightly but would never
    gamble on promoting them heavily.
