CWC Affiliates: How many accounts needed??
Hi,

I wanted to insert the affiliate links for CWC Affiliates brands Club Euro
Club UK, Club World.

When I log in at CWC I only see OTHER brands namely Club USA, Lucky Red, Aladdin's Gold.

The email form does not work so that's why I am asking here: Do I need 4 different accounts to promote these guys?

(4 accounts = 1 for each brand I wanted and than the CWC account with the 3 new (to me) brands.)

PS I don't get it why affiliates have to hunt for affiliate links to promote casinos...

If I remember right you need separate account for the Euro and UK CWC brands, the Club World Group contains the US facing ones.
Martyn can say how does it work exactly, though I don't understand either why they cannot be brought under one umbrella. (Maybe the Euro and UK casinos use another currency and they cannot merge them with the US$ ones?)

I think sipka is correct, but are you sure you want to promote them?
This is only my personal view, but if I hadn't started promoting them years ago when they first launched, I definitely would not add them to my site now because they have negative carry-over.
I have not and will not put them on the other 4 sites I run all the time they have NCO.
After enduring spells of up to 16 months getting paid zip by 4 different NCO programs, I have vowed "never again"!

I met Martin at LAC and he was very pleasant and helpful & said they are working on improving their affy back-end system right now, so hopefully it should be better soon.

Thanks for replys!

@Sipka: Ok I guess I will have to make all these accounts. Indeed very curious why a technology company can not make a single log-in for its affiliate program... Maybe they have shares in StatsRemote

@KasinoKing: Thanks for warning! My link management is centralized so redirecting their traffic to somewhere else would only take me 2 minutes of work. If I get in a negative carry-over situation they will have to make me a custom offer or see their traffic from me dry up.

That technological (I'm not sure what to call it -- problem) is exactly why I don't promote them either.

Hi all,

I have only just seen this thread now so apologies for the delay in my response.

With regards to the affiliate program, if you are looking to promote the UK and Euro brands then yes you will need a seperate account to promote these and get the links. Available from the homepage of CWC Affiliates.

This will soon change however. We are working on a new program that will sort out all your concerns regards to the seperate accounts for various casinos. The reason that it is this way is the RTG backend, which is what we use, cannot separate brands running different currencies. Not ideal I know but we are sorting that out as I mentioned.

The new system will be a single login, will have all brands associated and will break down the commissions properly by brand. This is a case of us outgrowing our original affiliate solution.

Please, if you have any issues going forward please contact me direct on martyn@cwcaffiliates.com and I'll be able to deal with you direct and sort out any issues. I am also available on MSN martynbeaon (at) hot mail dot com and skype using M8ECO26.

Peter-Jan, I am sorry that you are having issues locating our signup options and links and I can assure you that this will be sorted out very soon. Please feel free to contact me direct should you need any assistance.

Hi Rhonda,

I know exactly why you are posting this and it's an attempt to purposely de-rail this thread. It's what you do.

For those that are out of the loop Rhonda and I had an MSN conversation the other day about how to link an image with her aff tag. She went off on me after saying I didnt help her...even though I did, I provided an example of how to link an tag with an tag and informed that she needed to change just 1 thing, her aff id in the link. I also told her that the code she was using for the image that she had copied from one of our casinos was incorrect. I have this convo saved and she did apologise to her credit.

Anyway, not wanting to air dirty laundry in public I will put this out there. Rhonda, if you have any issues with the way I dealt with you last week, or with our program as a whole and reasons why we should not of won the award voted for by affiliates and industry people then please get in touch. You have my MSN, my email so you know where I am.

Thanks that will be great to see that Martyn. Lots of people say they make money with you. However the neg. carry-over might be a bit of a snag, too. Wonder if we can get help removing that?

Hi, the last thing we want to see is our affiliates not earning with us. There are always options, all I ask is you work with me and we can always find a middle ground.

If you are not happy with the current set up but want to push us, please hold that thought and soon I'll be able to show you more towards what you are looking for with the new program.

However, I would like to work with you now (obviously) so here are some carrots as to what we are working on right now...
  • New Affiliate Program (Single Login)
  • New Affiliate Tools
  • More Reporting Options
  • New Brands Being Launched
  • Automated Player Retention System

Feel free to get in touch should you wish to discuss anything, this goes out to all.

Martyn What do you mean this is what I do?

I questioned CWC as winning best affiliate program because you do have neg carryover. and you certainly do not go above and beyond helping some affiliates, such as myself that don't have a lot of experience.
