Exclamation CPays Adds Rakeback and Fraud to terms
Hey all,

This is a terms alert for the forums area I am working on getting all alerts into the forums as well as the terms alert blog.

CPays has added clauses to their terms and conditions which relate to poker rakeback (and the disallowing of affiliates to promote rakeback) as well as fraud termination.

The rakeback clause is to simply forbid affiliates to promote with rakeback. The end result of promotion of rakeback will be termination and confiscation of earnings.

The fraud clause forces affiliates to give their real name when signing up with CPays. The result of giving a fake name, address is termination and confiscation of earnings.
