Seems pretty legit to me as well since he set JPH in their place..lol I know many companies are moving to Costa Rica it would be good to have someone to talk to, even affiliates that decide to leave the US to do business.

I find the title of this thread interesting given that there is no such thing as a "Costa Rica Gaming License".

This is the precise reason so many cheap and dodgy operations set up there. You buy a regular business license, you don't accept local Costa Rican players, and you can pretty much do what you want after that. Players who value being able to use the dispute resolution services of a licensing authority should never gamble at a site "licensed" in Costa Rica because if the site decides not to pay you, you're SOL.
