Default Conversions - How do they fair?

    Hi,

MGS casinos have made up a larger % of my promotional stable for many years now. However my target Market (Australia & New Zealand) has been literally bombarded with MGS. Hence I'm looking to trying out some different software brands.

I used to play with Mainstream Group when they were Playtech and always found them to be very good with regards to looking after me. And I'm also aware they pay both players and affiliates.

I've just added Slots Plus, Vegas Casino and Sun Palace to my flagship site as a bit of a trial.

How do you find these brands converting?

    Cheers

    Dave

Conversions are crap, cash-out times are unacceptable, bonus rules are insane.
Sorry, but I can only recommend that all affiliates and players steer well clear of these jokers.

For more detail, see this thread: Mainstreet Update

PS: I thought you quit this forum...

Hmm...well, of the RTG casino groups that I've promoted, Mainstreet convert the worst, to be honest. I'm mainly promoting to the USA, though.

However, one thing I've noticed is that different countries respond to different offers, styles and software very, very differently. I couldn't give RTG casinos away over here in the UK, but it may be very different in Australia.

For me, AffiliateEdge brands have the best retention by a country mile and AffActive currently convert the best in terms of generating new players.

I did and I got my account closed...but I've returned.

For the record, I deleted my GPWA account too...but..maybe that's going to be reinstated too.

    Why, what's wrong?

PS Just read that Mainstreet thread and saw your screen cap. Thanks, I'm going to pull them now too.

    Cheers

Some months I convert great at mainstreet, other months not so hot. But they seem to retain players really well for me. Meaning I don't need to send them as much new business to maintain a certain level of income compared to other programs. So tit for tat I suppose.

Like King mentioned wagering requirements are pretty ridiculous for non usa though. 40X for usa isn't ideal but I personally don't think it's that unreasonable considering the standard is 20-30X, and their casinos offer something the others don't in the way of a cashable bonus. So something has to change in the equation for them to be able to offer that and not get abused by it. Give and take sort of thing.

But I have to believe 100X WR for non usa has to hurt my conversions. I'm sure they have a good reason for doing this though, they like to make money just like we do.

At the end of the day they are one of my top 7 performing programs money wise.

It's one thing protecting your casinos from bonus abuse. But (imo) it's a completely different issue when anyone other than USA players are all branded as bonus abusers - effectively that's what this clause does.

Got to be the shortest time any casino has gone up and then yanked on any of my sites...

However thanks for the input bonusgeek!

    Cheers

We don't always agree on everything - but I'm glad you came back Dave!

For the record; I very rarely visit or post on GPWA - and I don't see that changing until they stop promoting rogue casinos & programs.

As an aside, I was a little shocked to find the Corfman family staying at the same cheap B&B as me in Dublin...

Would be a pretty boring thing if everyone agreed on everything. But I know what you mean. And thanks for welcoming me back KK

Was good to distance myself for a while, got a heap of work done and actually didn't work for most weekends. Always a plus in everything, just got to look at it from different angles sometimes.

Maybe the purse strings on that trip needed to pulled a bit tighter. Or could it be your version of a cheap B&B is luxury to some
