    Default Conversion Rates for 2009

I am looking over the programs I have 'pushed' this year and I thought I would share my conversion rates with everyone. So - after compiling data, here are the results:

Highest Number of New, Depositing Players

    1. Rockbet
    2. 400 Affiliates
    3. BetUS
    4. Lion Slots
    5. Pantasia
    6. Villento Affiliates
    7. Affiliate Edge
    8. Simon Says
    9. Slots of Forutune

    Best Player Value

    1. Brightshare
    2. Slotocash
    3. Villento Affiliates
    4. Affiliate Edge
    5. Hollywood Affiliates
    6. Fortune Affiliates
    7. Ruby Royal
    8. Casino Coins
    9. Rockbet
    10. Pantasia

    Best Player Conversion

    1. Rockbet
    2. BetUS
    3. Simon Says
    4. Affiliate Edge
    5. Ruby Royal
    6. Villento Affiliates
    7. Lionslots
    8. Pantasia
    9. Slots of Fortune
    10. 400 Affiliates

Summary: I promote a lot more Rivals, actively, than any other casino software - so my numbers are definitely a bit on the 'biased' side. BetUS is for sports as well and that is why it ranks up within the groups.

I would love to see what others are doing!

Thanks for that Andy, I will compile mine over the next couple of days and post here as well. I think another good category that you left out though and one that is of utmost importance IMO would be "Best Player Retention" category to add.

Playre retention is a bit more difficult to quantify Some affiliate backends might make this possible, but many do not unfortunately. That would be a great thing for affiliate programs to add, though. Of course, if their retention is bad... it may be a very bad thing to add.

    Good post!

I wish I was that organized. I need to hire some of you (if I could afford it ) - I just did year report for one affiliate program and was amazed to find that 30% of deposits was either a withdrawal or chargeback - mostly withdrawal I think.

Is this normal? I realize the % could be heavily influenced by one particular player habits if they were responsible for the vast amount of my earnings. Always seemed to me that this number usually was closer to 10% max or so... (but wasn't paying that much attention) For this group my earnings were nearly $15,000 lower for the year after factoring that stuff in.

I guess it could be a good thing (winners are good, too!) it was just a pattern I've begun to notice with this group... its a good group I think, so I'm not naming names.

I'll put together my numbers over the next couple of days, but will state that ClubUSACasino and Bet365 have brought in more depositing players than any other property this year. Beyond that, who knows?

The info posted by GuardDog and Engineer is fascinating, but a little misleading. It's a little harsh on the likes of Ruby Royal and Paddy Power to say that they haven't done as well as the whole Brightshare or C-Planet Group.

I'd be interested in seeing numbers for individual gambling properties rather than lumping all the Brightshare casinos, for example, into one.

Brightshare - I promote All Jackpots. That's where the players are from and that is where the retention is from. Players have been moved to the VIP lounge, but that really doesn't make a difference. The stats are still the same and I stand by the programs.... I didn't say anything bad about Ruby Royal... all my stats are 'good' stats.

Yeah, I know you didn't say anything bad about Ruby Royal. I didn't mean to imply otherwise. My point was only that it's not a like for like comparison if you're comparing an affiliate program with one property (like Ruby Royal) with one that has dozens, like, say, Rewards Affiliates.

ok, makes sense. I only promote 1 casino from any given property - so my stats are pretty much the same as any.

However - I don't think there should really be a difference. It just means your traffic is converting. You can send traffic to 3 casinos in some affiliate programs and get 'jack' for conversions... send traffic to 1 casino in another and get great conversions.

This is just a good way to show how your conversions went for the year. To me these stats are much like what people use the 'Winning Screenshot' thread over at Meister for To see what is working right now for someone.

Now, it may not be accurate for everyone.. but it can certainly say that an affiliate program is working for someone - and that's a start.
