This terms change has been around for awhile, but our terms spider had missed it due to an URL change and it’s inability, at that time, to find the new location of that document. This is a simple change that falls in line with Playshare’s High Roller effective date (to ensure the term is not retroactive).

Players registered prior to 1 February 2008 are exempt from the Big Winner Policy.
