Default Cocoa Casino Rival Powered - NOT PAYING PLAYERS THEIR WINNINGS !!!

I have spent well over $ 30,000.00 at all the Rival powered Casino's since Dec 09, and when I finally have some to get back, over $ 6,500.00 - I receive an email stating that because I had a chargeback at eWalletXpress, that ALL MY WINNINGS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT, AND ARE NOW VOID ! I had promptly paid the chargeback - HOW CAN THEY DO THIS, MY ACCOUNT WITH EWALLETXPRESS IS IN GOOD STANDING AND CLEAR. THAT IS MY MONEY !!

Give Jason just a little bit of time. I'll contact him as well on your behalf, but he is obviously aware of the situation and is likely looking into all the details.

rallen7, I know how you feel.

    But the Dog is right.
The right guy (Jason) is looking at your problem now and you should have some info soon.

The worst thing you can do right now is to post things you will regret later.

Remember that the casino management are people too and sometimes sharp words (deserved or not) will slow or even stop the process...

    Hi Rallen,

As I emailed you and posted on the other thread. Unfortunately because your win was made on a deposit that resulted in a chargeback which is a clear breach of the terms and conditions, the win is void.

I talked to security to see if this was a one time incident that could have been an accident but they informed me that this is not an isolated case and that you have unrecovered chargebacks at a number of other Rival casinos. In fact, apparently you are on the list of Rival wide suggested banned players.

I'm not assuming to know your intentions, for all I know all of these chargebacks are accidental, but Cocoa Casino (as do most casinos) takes a strong stance on chargebacks as it is completely unfair to a casino if a player charges back all deposits but reverses the chargebacks if they happen to win. Again, I'm not saying that this was your intention but since intentions can't be known, the casino has to go on the facts they have.

I really did try to do what I could for you. I would imagine if this was on isolated case I could have convinced them to be lenient with the rules and honor the wins but this is unfortunately not the case.

    Jason
