    Default Chargebacks at AffActive

Firstly, I don't know if this might be one of those threads that needs to be moved to the private area.

However, is anyone else seeing a high number of chargebacks with AffActive properties. I've had more chargebacks (both very large and very small) with them in the last 3-4 months than I've ever had with other RTG casinos.

I'm not talking big numbers: quite the opposite, but I'm wondering if there's a trend here.

I've had all of maybe 2 chargebacks at AffiliateEdge ever and a similar number at C Planet (keep in mind that I'd stopped promoting them way before the Q/Tender thing). The thing with my traffic is that I'm able to make like-for-like comparisons, but I'm interested to know other peoples experiences.

I just checked my Affactive stats for this month and last month, doesn't seem to be any chargebacks at all. Maybe you've been a bit unlucky and have had some dodgy players? I can vouch for Affactive and say that they are one of the best casinos left

Don't have a lot of players, but no charge backs so far!

yes I had a significantly large one in March or April and a medium sized one I saw yesterday. My site was off line for most of June so the cb is old from what I'm told.

Well, that's certainly possible and I'm not accusing AffActive of doing anything dodgy with my players, but it still seems unusual that I'm getting these chargebacks.

One of the things I thought may be the cause would be if they were doing something strange with how their credit card transactions were processed causing players to say 'what the hell is this charge' when they review their statements.

That's why I suggested this thread should maybe be in the private area.

I see 1 cb each for jan, feb and now march so far.
Each came in through different trackers so I guess I can reasonably deduce that its 3 different players since all cb's occured at WinPalace.

What I'm seeing though is the most recent CB of $250 with earning of -$100. This equates to 40%.
All my other numbers both positive and negative caculate at 30% even the previous cb's according to the drilldown data I examined.

I'm not sure why the $250 cb is -$100 in earning unless I've crossed the 101 player commission scheme which is 40% gross. Either I could not locate it or it doesn't specify whether the player commission scheme is per month like other programs or lifetime totals. If it is lifetime totals then I should have been caculating at 35% starting with the 51st player.

Or perhaps cb's have nothing to do with the player commission scheme % and you decided to boost the affiliate side to 40%?

    Thanks
    James

I don't actively promote affactive anymore, simply because of them 'giving back' deposits to players.
Not chargebacks, as in CC chargebacks... But actually telling me they gave the deposit back to the player.

We had several 'smaller 'give backs' in the three months we promoted them (to be honest I don't remember how many deposits I was told were given back). But the one that was the final straw for me was, a 4k first deposit that I was told was returned to the player. I was told the 4k deposit was returned to the player because the player wanted some comps and was rude about asking for them... After I heard that, I flipped a cork and pulled all their stuff.

I am showing some small earnings this month, even though I haven't promoted them in a couple of months.. I actually told Daniel I didn't expect to see any of my current earnings... because I expected him to give it back...

I was going to get the exact numbers of give backs I had with affactive but I am getting this error when trying to reach the site..

"QRATOR HTTP 502 - application unreachable."
