CasinoBlasters has now decided to add a minimum player rule to it’s growing list of unfavorable affiliate terms. This one, though, will get Blasters marked as a Predatory program by AGD.

NEWLY ADDED PREDATORY TERM

The following is subject to review on a case-by-case basis: Any Partner Account remaining inactive for a period of 90 days or longer is subject to closure without any further notice. Any future earnings on these accounts will be forfeited automatically. ?Inactive? is defined as no new qualified players delivered within this prescribed period.

Summary: This IS A ‘Minimum Player Rule’ and is considered a predatory practice. Affiliate programs who utilize this practice do so in order to close affiliate accounts where the affiliate is making money even though he/she hasn’t sent a player in awhile (This may or may not be the affiliate’s problem, sometimes the search engines drop your site, sometimes the affiliate might get sick… ALWAYS - the program will take your money).
