Casino Partners Changes NAME and Terms!!

Well, Casino Partners took the opportunity to change their Terms and Conditions when moving over to their new name 'Euro Partners'. Much of the changes revolve around the new name, but there are quite a few changes that do not relate to the name... Here they are:

11.5 Rakeback
Casino Partners, Titan Poker and Poker Ocean have a no rakeback policy in line with iPoker Network rules. Casino Partner affiliates are prohibited from offering rakeback deals of any kind to players. Casino Partners reserves the right to freeze all affiliate accounts found to be offering rakeback. These affiliates will have their affiliate account frozen immediately and no payments will be made for any revenue generated.

^^ We are unsure why Rakeback was removed from their Terms and Conditions.

4.4 Fraud
In the event that Euro Partners deems that a possible fraudulent transaction and/or Fraud Traffic have been executed by yourself or a Player, we reserve the right to withhold any commissions due at such time. If such an occurrence takes place, Euro Partners has full authority to extinguish this Agreement in its entirety.

^^ It is always interesting to see the word 'possible' and 'extinguish' or 'terminate' in the same paragraph. It certainly appears to give EP the possibility of termination without just cause.

Restricted Jurisdictions" presently the territories of Israel, Estonia, USA and Hong-Kong, as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.

You shall not yourself, nor shall you authorize, assist or encourage any third party to attempt advertising, promoting or marketing our Sites' Banners and Text Links within Restricted Jurisdictions.

^^ It looks like you cannot market from US-facing websites here if you take both the definition and the term into consideration.

1.9.2 "CPA commission structure - Bingo" is the amount paid per new player depositing a minimum of $20 that the affiliate partner refers to the Bingo Site. The affiliate will be paid based on the following scale: 1 to 10 players $50 per player

More than 201 players, as agreed with your Account Manager

^^ It appears that CameoCasino.com, OcenaPoker.com, BingoDay.com, CasinoTropezMobile.com, Craps.com, CasinoBellini.com, and TonyGPoker.com were ADDED and HammersCasino.com was removed.


Their terms are STILL include the issue with forum owners - and I would not promote a program that has a proven track record of working with spam organizations. However, their terms are not 100% predatory (unless you are a forum owner)

Just thought I would let you guy's know Casino Partners A.K.A europartners.com is one of the best affiliate sites out there in my opinion! They have always been prompt with payment and have some of the best affiliate managers and support team out there!
I have been working with them for a few months now and have never had any problems.

Sorry if I am a bit skeptical - do you have any other sites besides the half-finished ones in your link which promote their properties?

These sites are pretty new - so I don't know how you have an established record with them with such a new site.

I have been working with Euro Partners before I ever got my website which is not fully functional yet, I have been promoting their casino's through local marketing, flyer's, poker tournaments etc and have had only good things to say.

They are honoring an agreements, so business as usual, for me anyway. No problems at all!

I had a very good experience with them by now. Their affiliate managers are very prompt in responding and always willing to help. Although I don't like their affiliate interface which is very slow, I consider them a good program because of the affiliate managers.

I doubt they will try to rob their affiliates.
