Well, Casino Partners took the opportunity to change their Terms and Conditions when moving over to their new name 'Euro Partners'. Much of the changes revolve around the new name, but there are quite a few changes that do not relate to the name... Here they are:

^^ It is always interesting to see the word 'possible' and 'extinguish' or 'terminate' in the same paragraph. It certainly appears to give EP the possibility of termination without just cause.

Their terms are STILL include the issue with forum owners - and I would not promote a program that has a proven track record of working with spam organizations. However, their terms are not 100% predatory (unless you are a forum owner)
