Predatory Terms Alert - Terms Under Review
1. The Client's banners shall be displayed at least as prominently as any other sales link on the Webmaster site, and if the Webmaster displays or makes accessible to Visitors descriptive information regarding any vendors whose banners are displayed on the Webmaster site, the Webmaster shall, subject to Casino Coins' prior written approval of the content thereof, include similar descriptive information regarding the Client's Casino(s).
2. For an affiliate account to be considered "active", it must have generated new, paying customers for Casino Coins' sponsors within the previous 90 days. If an affiliate account does not meet the above requirement, a Casino Coins Personal Account Manager will contact that affiliate and partner with them to develop an action plan to improve performance. If an affiliate does not agree to an action plan and no longer continues to promote casino coins associated casino properties the affiliate will be deemed inactive and the affiliate the agreement terminated.
3. Please be aware that we have the right to monitor Your Site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to notify you of any changes to Your Site that we feel should be made.

Affiliate Payment Date?: Casino Coins shall process payments to webmasters for the month within ten (10) business days following the close of the month.
Negative Carryover?: Negative Carryover could not be found within the Terms and Conditions, however, the Casino Coins FAQ page states: Player winnings in a given month will not carry forward.
Minimum Payment?: Check - From the Casino Coins FAQ Page: The minimum payment is $200 and takes 1 – 2 week. Wire Transfer - The minimum payment is $200 and takes 5 – 7 business days. Neteller - The minimum payment is $50 and takes 2 – 3 business days

Our overall analysis: This program's Terms and Agreements are extremely predatory. Casino Coins basically says that if you do not follow their rules, they can confiscate your player revenue and terminate your contract. AffiliateGuardDog.com does not recommend this program.
