I am not able to login with my old account (password reset not working), Emailed them via contact form last week Tuesday, no reply.
I signed up for a new account on Friday but it has not been approved yet.

Thanks Webzcas. We've been battling this really illusive e-mail issues where only some of the users are getting e-mails. It's not the password reminder that's not working, but it's actually the e-mail notification system that goes along with it.

This has been one of those issues that my tech team is having alot of trouble with, but I want to make sure you know that it is my top priority to get this resolved.
