They likely have an expired CAP approval logo, or even an existing one. These things are throwing errors. I recently had to remove one from my site for the same reason.

Yeah, it's definitely the 'click to certify' logo that is having issues, not a VA-CA partnership of any sort. They have some nice code behind that verification.
