Cant access backend?

I cant access the backend for affiliate details / links etc. It keeps on saying my pw is incorrect event though it is spot on. Please can you pm me.

yup tried it and it cant locate my account. Have never ever had any issues logging in. Will be sorted out once everyone back to work on monday i am sure

Still no word from these guys. Can anyone else login? Can someone give me a email addy / masn to contact these guys. the email on the site just doesn get answered: "support@400affiliates.com"

I received your email yesterday and responded.

I'm not sure where you've been trying to get a hold of us but any emails sent to support@400affilaites.com get routed to myself and the affiliate manager for DVG. At least they should. So if you've been emailing with no responses can you send me the exact dates so I can find out what's going on?


Also, for future reference. I understand that not being able to get a hold of a rep is frustrating, but comments like "I need answers otherwise i am going to affiliate guard dog / gpwa and CAP to flame you guys for ignoring affiliates. " are unnecessary as it was the first time you had ever emailed me personally regarding this issue.

Tried emailing you a few times lately Jason - including one just now....my September commissions haven't been paid and this is the first time I've ever experienced both a delay like this as well as that support email you listed not responding to ANY of my inquiries on this matter over the past week

I also can't access 400 Affiliates, and I sent several emails to support@400affiliates.com, and two emails were not delivered.
