I understand that not being able to get a hold of a rep is frustrating, but comments like "I need answers otherwise i am going to affiliate guard dog / gpwa and CAP to flame you guys for ignoring affiliates. " are unnecessary as it was the first time you had ever emailed me personally regarding this issue.
