C-Planet Removed as Platinum Sponsor due to Late Affiliate Payments

In accordance with our Platinum Sponsorship rules, we have removed C-Planet as a sponsor. The issue which triggered the revocation of sponsorship was non-adherance to the following guideline:

The Affiliate Program MUST pay it's affiliates on time.

This does not make C-Planet a predatory program or a rogue program. However, it is one of the guidelines that programs must follow to remain a Platinum Sponsor. Ben is aware of this and will work to ensure that future payments are more timely.

C-Planet will pay, no worries there... they are just late. They are not having monetary issues as far as I can tell. You will be paid.

The only reason we removed their sponsorship is because they have been late for the last 3 months to affiliates and the requirement states that they must have 'on time' payments.

The worst thing is not just payment delay. I wrote to C-planet. submitting message on their website, wrote to Ben personally, however, I did not get even a word. No one paid attention to my email/message.

I can not imagine why C-planet has such a bad customer service now.

I still remember Ben said on forum, "Most payments have gone out. I am sitting on accounts today and tomorrow send everything out. Apologies for the delay. Regards Ben" Why didn't you honor your commitment without any further explanation? So disappointed.

I agree, this was definitely the right move. IMO C-planet has the worst piss poor customer service that I've ever seen.....can you imagine how they respond to there players!! (they don't) probably even worse, this is why I think my players don't come back... they make one or two deposits and poof there gone ....humm... kinda like rival eh?

Hi,

1.I understand that payment is an important issue and that you all require to be paid in a timely fashion.
I personally don't make the payments myself, however I am the bridge between you "the affiliates" and our accounts department.
2. When I post that payments will be "done today or tomorrow" or to that effect, I am merely passing on information that has been relayed to me. I am not trying to mislead you.
3. I also have to wait for answers from other internal departments and as such, wait before replying to some of you, because I don't have the correct answers top give you.

To summarize payments are late, my response time needs improving. I understand your frustration
But I give my word that everybody gets paid.

Thank you Ben for the reassuring post and for speaking to us honestly, it goes a long way when your worried about getting paid, you have just taken off the "edge" of our nerves by responding to our concerns.
