    This is UNBELIEVABLE & UNACCEPTABLE!!

    Ben i don't know if your monitoring this thread or ignoring it....but your company needs to step up to the plate and pay us! What if my family was starving and this was the only money we had coming in at the time......what would you say? nothing??

    We all deserve to be paid today! we have been patient and listened to your lies about {processors} etc.....which obviously was bullshit, if it were true my account would not still be saying "Pending" a week later!!!!!!!!

    Andy, could you please get in touch with this man....he isn't answering any of us.

    First off.... Let's settle down a bit. Calling Ben's words 'lies' without proof that he is lying is not appropriate, IMO. Processors do have problems and many affiliate programs have been caught up in that.

    Yes, I will get in touch with Ben again. At this point their sponsorship is very much in jeopardy due to late payments. If the payments are not made this week, sponsorship will be revoked until which time they can get back on track with affiliate payments.

    Andy i respect your opinion very much, but i must say the only reason why i called what he said "lies" is because if they were true, my pending payment would be at the very least..."unpending" by now. is that not true? I am not even complainng that its in my bank account yet, i am complaining that it still is pending in my C-Planet account!.....

    Thanks for any help, if this money was not needed, [it was really needed back before christmas which was plenty of time when everyone else was getting paid by them]

    Also, if this hold up was all due to "processors" why is it that quicktender accounts, neteller accounts, all other accounts have been paid except for wire?

    I might be mistaken in my thinking that if a processor can pay some aff. it should be ok to pay all...if this is wrong please set me straight.

    Thank you again for taking the time Andy, it is appreciated and i would only ask this if i had no other choice because none of the threads are being answered by anyone at C planet.

    I know that all Rival programs show 'pending' for weeks before paying

    I do understand that you want to be paid, Pat, and I think you should have been paid already. But I know several good, quality programs that have paid over a month late due to processor problems.

    I also know that C-Planet has been one of the most reliable and best RTG programs since CWC. So - I feel they should be given some leeway in order to make a statement.

    Being so close to the holidays, we have to give some extra time (even though we may not wish to do so).

    Ben should be aware of the thread as soon as he gets to his email. I have direct communications with him via email and he always responds within a day or 2. He is aware that he must do 2 things by the end of this week (or forfeit sponsorship entirely):

    1. Communicate with affiliates.
    2. Pay affiliates

    After that, subsequent months will be watched carefully to determine if the late payments continue. But again - he is being made aware of that.

    I believe that this will be taken care of. I have faith because they have been a Grade A program for quite some time now.

    I noticed on another forum Ben posted that the status' on our pending payments should be now changed to "paid" ( mine is) and that all final payments are being sent out today.
    Lets hope this is it !

    This was in regards to ensuring payments are completed by Friday. That is a requirement of Platinum Certification here at AGD.
