I sent several emails to 7aff.com, Cc to Patrick Rodman and John Valley regarding commission calculation issue before I post a thread here.

Unfortunately, my emails was ignored. Maybe my email was treated as a spam. Therefore, I would like to post the major contents of my emails here, hopefully someone from 7aff.com could see my compliant.

The story is from a year ago.

I have been the affiliate of 7aff.com for over two years. My username: ******* ( hidden)

I am also the cerfified member of AGD,CAP and GPWA. My last payment from 7aff.com was $60.07 via Ecocard on 11 July 2009. After that I did not receive any commission from 7aff.com

Recently, I checked my stats. at 7aff.com

August 2009 I earned -$8.00
September 2009 I earned 0, but negative balance -$8.00 carryover
October 2009 I earned $19.83 but adjustment -$8.00 to balance $11.83
December 2009 I earned $13.70
January 2010 I earned $10.39 from 7spins, $0.00 from 7reels
Febuary 2010 I earned $0.00 from 7spins, $0.00 from 7reels
March 2010 I earned $0.00 from 7spins, $0.00 from 7reels
April 2010 I earned $59.83 from 7spins, -$74.02 from 7reels
May 2010 I earned $207.05 from 7spins, $0.00 from 7reels

However, I checked stats. a weeks ago, I found my May earning from 7spins was adjusted -$74.02 to balance $133.03 . It is very strange, isn't it?

For your information, I was told by 7aff.com when I saw their recruitment on CAP,GPWA,AGD forum. As a certified member of the above mentioned forums, I was given a special condition: 40% rev-share percentage lifetime without negative balance carryover.

I researched their website 7Aff.com Affiliate Program , I did not find any negative balance carryover term. And I checked with AGD forum, AGD Terms Certification: Have Retroactively Changed T&C’s? No. Have Negative Carryover? No. Are Casino Earnings Bundled? No.

So, I confirmed that my earning should not be negative balance carryover and casino earning bundled. i.e. negative balance from 7reels was not a reason to adjust 7spins earning for neither negative balance carryover nor casino earning bundled. But 7aff.com deducted the 7reels negative balance from the last month 7spins earning.

Meanwhile, I confirmed there was not any chargeback occurred, even I did not make any money on 7reels.

In order to prevent from any mistake, I searched on Google Yahoo and Bing with phrase "7Aff.com Affiliate Program for 7Spins Casino is now AGD Certified" I found their press release published on many media and websites.

Enough. It is very clear that I should be paid without negative balance carryover and earning bundled. I should be paid 19.83 +13.70 +10.39 +59.83 +207.05=310.80 ($310.80)

Their calculation carryed over the negative balance and bundled 7spins 7reels earning. It was definitely wrong.

I hope Patrick or John or anyone at 7aff.com could see my thread. Meanwhile, I Cc copied my emails to Guard Dog for AGD's help.
