Bingohall bonus

I was doing a review today as i wanted to start promoting Bingohall.
So i signed up, and wanted to test the $5 free bonus.
I get told that my county is not eligble for the bonus.
I ask where it says so on the website, and im told that it dosent.
I also cant get told what countrys that are not eligble for the bonus.
This seems strange to me, and is that just standart that a program dosent have to state anywhere what countrys that are not eligble for the bonus?

Ye jabber... im based in Portugal and i get that a LOT of times... rarely sites have this when signing up... one in the player point of view is always the last to know, i believe that this kind of issues have a negative impact on "newbies" to online gambling...
