Exclamation Best Casino Partner - Tiered Revenue Revisited

It seems, that Best Casino Partner (either management or staff) are deceiving CAP now... I want to make sure everyone here at AGD is aware of this:

Warren (From CAP) talked with BCP and their response to the Tiered Revenue Sharing change (Changed from 10% to 7% on last terms update) was:

Best Casino Partner Response

"I am not clear 100% on what you mean by 7%-10%? The only thing I can think of is the bcp has a 7% on Referral but that was from day 1."

This is a problem because there is obvious factual evidence to the contrary. For one, our own Term Alert at:

BCP Terms Alert

Additionally, this is from the 'Wayback Machine'. In case you do not know, this is the archiver of the internet and shows history for nearly every site out there in webland

BCP on the Wayback

What this shows is that Best Casino Partner either changed their sub-affiliate earnings without telling their OWN STAFF, or their staff are lying about it.

Either way isn't good for affiliates.

I got a call today from them at home -the guy said he was a ex bodog employee who now works with Best Casino Partners. I handed him a ass whooping so they wont ever contact me again .They even sent A media buyer to try to make a deal with us ,I am not sure how much clearer I can be about the fact I dont want to deal with them.

I don't really understand why some people still working with them, the tiered percentage lie is another proof that this group cannot be trusted. Personally I'm disgusted how they mislead affiliates and I'm amazed why everyone is just happy because the terms won't be retroactive.

BCP says that they made the changes because of no-communication and it might be just me, but I didn't see any comments from their part, they just use the CAP staff like messengers. Horrible.

Their new TC made precedence and if other programs will follow then it will be better and more lucrative to promote viagra and medicals than gambling.

/Uff, sorry, I am just sooo angry with BCP and the way they are making idiots of affiliates./

Still no answer over at CAP about this issue I'm guessing that Best Casino Partner and CasinoBloasters just wishes this would all go away.

It's a pretty simple question to answer... Is this updated rate for sub-affiliates retroactive or not? According to their T&C's it is up to them to decide (no specific disclaimer for older affiliates).

I really can't believe they 'slipped this one in' Reminds me of the Port Security Bill.....
