This goes back to how does each individual take a warning, some take it as strong urging do not promote or think twice before you do. I think if it were me I would say on this program to proceed with caution. I am working with them and willing to take the risk to see how they work out but with caution.

    Cool

A VERY good suggestion came to me (offline). The problem with allowing programs to just change terms back and once again appear 'in favor' is that programs can them move back and forth with very little repurcussion.

As such, I think a good discussion (in a separate thread, would be around the idea of penalizing programs that do this by: Giving them a warning for the same amount of months that they carried their predatory term.

I will create a discussion thread about this shortly.

    I don't think so!

Affiliate Guard Dog Terms and Conditions Analysis is not about policing and punishing irresponsible programs in the gaming industry. Realisitcally, it should be set to green - but, it would be irresponsible to be put it to green without warning.

I wouldn't promote a program which took so long to change their terms and conditions.

For 8 months they didn't act on the change - if that isn't a blatant disregard for improper action on their behalf, don't expect to come out in a clean shining armour when you make the change.

Kudos for having the balls to do it, but after 8 months - some things will stick. And if it took 8 months to make the change - there is no guranatee that it wont happen again.

I have been a member of casinoblasters since approx. 2004, then got moved over to bestcasinoparter. During my time as a casinoblasters affiliate, I have generated a very large amount of revenue.

September 2008 was when the trouble started. I never got a check I was expecting from best casino partner so I emailed them about it. They replied and said my payments were halted because of the low volume of traffic. I explained that one of the reasons for that was because I have been working hard with my partners on a large casino network and we've been reinvesting a significant amount of earnings back into the development of our network. After this explanation, they sent my check.

Months after, I started building up more earnings which kept getting rolled over into a carryover balance. I now have a carry over balance in the tens of thousands and it still has not been paid for many months. I emailed best casino partner on september 2nd and have not received a reply. I don't know what to do at this point. I have screenshots of my stats all the way back to may showing my very large carry over balance. They don't have any stats before may 2009.

I'm willing to bet it's a mistake. I have a solid contact there. I am looking into this for you.

Thank you for your help. I emailed Fred. I do trust Best Casino Partner still as they have always been great to me by sending my payments on time (until this recent carry-over issue). I too feel that this is some sort of mix up.

I've emailed them several times about this and still no response over the last 2 weeks. I also noticed that they completely deleted my large carry over balance with no explanation. Im really not sure what to think.

We have talked to BCP on your behalf... sorry for the delay in responding. They will be here to either PM or post to you. It should have been Thursday last week that they responded, but required my help on giving them an account here with Affiliate Manager privileges and I was out for the entire weekend.

The problem has been cleared up by Frederic from Best Casino Partner. I guess somehow my emails were never received. Thank you for helping me get in touch with BCP and figuring out the problem

I'm still waiting for June and July's payments - it's only $588, but still I would rather be paid than not paid.

More disturbing, perhaps, is the stats. This month, if I look at the Traffic Report 'By Day' I see a total of 9 purchasing players. But, the when I look at the Revenue Report, it indicates that not one single deposit has been made and no income

It's the same for August, with 25 purchasing players shown, but no deposits and no income

To hear that others have had money kept back on purpose without a very good reason is quite disturbing, imo

Do you have an email address for Frederic?
