SUMMARY: We have recently found Best Affiliates terms changed from the original, when we certified them. Due to an error, the spider cannot determine the change date.

What has been found is that they are applying Negative Carryover to some affiliates even though it has not been in effect previously.

Predatory Terms

Dated:2011-12-20 - Commissions - Minimum Payment

19.4.6. The total commission must be minimum of $100 for the previous monthly result in order to be paid out. If the commission is lower then $100 there will be no commission payout that month. These funds will not be available for the affiliate in the future.

Dated:2011-12-20 - Commissions - Payment Date

19.4.2 BA shall pay THE REFERRAL COMPANY each month for services rendered during the preceding calendar month. Payment shall be made prior to the 15th day of each month by transferring the funds to an account submitted to BA by THE REFERRAL COMPANY.

Dated:2011-12-20 - Strange Term

19.3.7. THE REFFERAL COMPANY acknowledges that it is totally forbidden to promote their services to any active players within BA database. THE REFFERAL COMPANY acknowledges that BA will not tag or trace existing players in player database to THE REFFERRAL COMPANY affiliate account or super affiliate account if the player has been active on one or more accounts during the last 60 days. If BA discovers that a player traced/tagged to REFFERRAL COMPANY has been traced/tagged in an incorrect way BA has the right to remove the player from REFFERRAL COMPANY affiliate and/or super affiliate account with immediate effect. THE REFFERAL COMPANY acknowledges that BA can at any given time remove players from REFFERRAL COMPANY affiliate account and or super affiliate account.

SUMMARY: These are some of the most ridiculous terms I have seen. If you don't make the minimum amount in a month - they can just take it from you (won't carry it over to the next month). Really?

Did anyone get caught up in this issue?

Don't forget to notice the REALLY PREDATORY clause which states they can re-tag your players whenver they want. How shitty is that?

I am caught up! After years of working with them, never having a carry over they are now enforcing that on me retroactively!! They have been removed from all sites!! All affiliates need to think twice about working with BC, the clearly change terms whenever they feel the need, enforce retroactive term changes on affiliate and steal earnings if you don't reach a min! I have not seen such bad terms in a very long time!

I see $292,15 in the system but since your had losses in September ($4103,92) and October ($344,75) the negative carryover takes out that November Commission.
