An affiliate did contact me about this and i gave him the culprits details.
I'll send the culprit another e-mail to change his copied content , if he doesn't ill shut him down.

This sort of stuff as you know is rampant. However the bigger problems is most times it de-valuates copyright owners SERPS and worse robs the legitimate income of the original content owner.

I don't wish to sound harsh but how many chances should a thief get?

IMO if programs adopted a 1 strike and your out policy, the number of scrapped content would decrease. What these thieves need is not a slap on the wrist but their accounts closed and income forfeited.

Donations to a charity would seem appropriate disposal of any income frozen.
