I have been informed that my stats are not working. I have a player who is also another webmaster and affiliate, who has played at two of your sites under me, one for a good amount of change, yet my stats are showing NO activity.
Could you please look into this matter for me.

I sure hope it's not happening to me too. It would certainly account for why my income sucks when compared to my other program stats and income.

this is not good.

This has been resolved with an update to the system and my payment and stats have been fixed.

Thank you Ben for the timely answer and repair.

If anyone would like to see the explanation i received through private email, i will gladly pm it to you so you can see what the problem was, or if Ben does not mind i will post it here.

My stats have made an unexpected and unexplained drop in the last few days, while the traffic to the landing pages has actually increased. I know that increased traffic to the landing page does not always mean an increase in clicks... but a drop in clicks along with a increase in traffic just do not compute...

I emailed Paul but he is out of the office for the confrence.

Would you have one of your guys check this out for me... Thanks.

I think I found my problem (no smart a$$ comments please ) and it does not have anything to do with c-planet stats.
