BCP Negative Carry Overs ?!

my BCP stats show that they are carrying over a negative amount from last month and deducting it from my earnings. I see here they are listed as not carrying over negatives. What is the reality?

I met the rep (Ricardo) at LAC a few days ago and asked him this very question.
He said categorically that they DON'T have NCO, but that the casinos ARE bundled.

But I know what you mean - when I look at the reports it definitely gives the impression that they do have NCO... which is why I asked the question in the first place!

I also asked my AM that very same question, the way the stats look, it seems to me they do. but I was told no, and the commission I made for (Nov) which was under $200 will be added to my January payment
