Was the BCP / Gold VIP issue ever resolved?

A while ago, some affiliates became aware that the traffic they sent to the BCP casinos was being cross marketed to the rogue Gold VIP casino.

Was this ever resolved? Did they figure out how Gold VIP was continually receiving new player info? Was there a mole inside BCP? Were they hacked?

I for one am getting very confused about the relationships between casinos. I've been reading about a potential sister-casino relationship between Gold VIP and WinPalace and now I'm reading about this.

I don't have any info to give on this particular query, but - to my mind - it's no coincidence that once the US government really put the screws on offshore online gamblin companies, things have deteriorated.
