Bad Deposits - No Settlement:

Feb, March and April the same crap at the end of the month. "Bad Deposits - No Settlement" which wipes out any commission I had. So for 3 months I,ve made 0. I call this "negative carry over" which could go on forever. I see that I have one player ban and that was just last week, so I guessing this is the player with the bad deposits. It took you 3 months to ban her and all along she kept making deposits. BULL!!!

I asked about my February earnings (which were wiped out due to bad debts) and I received this response back on 4/13:

The earnings for Feb are leveled out by the KG fees. Comm. adjustment for bad debts - No Settlement: -293.17 The KG fees will be returned and the Feb earnings will be paid as soon as all statements are cleared and ready.

I'm hoping that we will all eventually get paid from all programs who said they would reimburse us for progressive deductions and bad debt settlements.

However, as of now, I haven't received a single penny from any of the programs who are supposed to be reimbursing their affiliates.

After running some preliminary April reports, I do see this new category for two Rival groups (Vegas Regal & Vegas Sky):

However, it doesn't specify what month(s) they are repaying and there is still no way for affiliates to know how much is really owed.

Once again, the most frustrating thing is the lack of communication from nearly all of these programs.

I've removed all Rival groups (aside from Sloto & Affiliate Wide) because at this point I am completely confused as to what's supposed to happen and when it's supposed to happen.
