Hi guys,

I have been warned that CityCasino is having movements on their staff, also they are not paying affiliates. I have friends webmasters that are sending traffic to this Casino and have been blocked because of traffic "issues". Be smart and take a look first so then you will be able to start a carefully and peacefully campaign.

Don´t be delighted by their huge CPA, if you accepts those terms, then you are going to be delayed or even worst, without payments.

To answer the movements point – AffEurope is thankfully a growing business and we have gone through a recruitment burst in the last 6 weeks due to increased success of the program. This included hiring support staff for affiliates and another accounts person to make affiliate payments faster and more accurate.

This is sadly for you not true. We have worked very hard with Andy here at AGD to offer affiliate friendly terms and conditions, this includes paying affiliates promptly and accurately. Your ‘claim’ is not just damaging to our program but others as i have been handed a report on your posts in this forum and most if not all are damaging.

I will add this as a general – AffEurope take all affiliate requests and issues seriously. We investigate every complaint and look into it and return with a fair conclusion based on facts. There will always be cases where the affiliate feels they should be paid for using the wrong links or sending traffic from a fruadulant source or for any other reason and even in these circumstances we will act fairly and do what we feel is right.

AffEurope offers a competitive affiliate payment structure of up to $400 CPA – it is written clearly that this is tiered based on the amount of players you bring in each month. I have made it very clear we are not and will not hide anything from the affiliates.

I hope this clears up the points above for all affiliates.

First of all, thank you for your reply.

Second, this is a forum where webmasters can share their thoughts about an affiliate program,casino products or whatever you want to share and I don´t know if you have been adviced but things like that happen, for good or wrong.

I´m not working with your affiliate program, AffEurope, I do not play on CityCasino, and if someday I choose your program, it will be under RevShare, not because of my traffic, or your higher Cpa, it´s simple, i perfectly know my players, and I experience conflicts with Scam programs when they damage webmasters integrity.

I have more than 6 years in this industry working as a webmaster and i´m a consultant as well, btw i know many webmasters over the world and I know how they work, many of them under Cpa. Your Casino is listed on Casinomeister like NO-CAN-DO, I have no idea if it´s a Casino conflict, or your agency. You have had movements on your staff, and I know it perfectly.

Maybe you are responsible of your work, seems like you are, but the others have no idea about how to deal with webmasters, if someday I set a deal with you the last thing i want is to screw up the deal, change the conditions, and this is what happened here with a group of webmasters.

Forums are tools and free spaces to share opinions, tools, comments, and many other things, maybe you are paying for this space, or channel, but things like this need to be exposed because this is a WEBMASTER FORUM dear Marc, and this is my opinion that doesn´t mean that any other webmaster thinks or feels different about.

It´s not my experience with AffEurope, but first I belong to Webmasters community, and I´m free to tell any what happened with friends that sent traffic to your program and their delayed payment or in somewhere in Hawaii or Tanganica waiting to be cashed.

I have no problem to discuss it personally, or whatever you want, but first know your employess, then please write or talk. Also take a look at this community where things like that will be exposed, check the other channels please.

You are correct and affiliates/webmasters have every right to report issues they have, even more so i encourage affiliates to give both positive and negative feedback on the forums.
With all respect to you and all affiliates/webmasters i also have the right to give my opinion especially on the affiliate program i manage!

In regards to the staffing issues i cannot say this is true of our affiliate managers, i have personally trained them and i hope they all lead by example, this isnt to say there will always be disagreements and issues like any industry or any walk of life.
Please don't take my previous response as offensive, I was only trying to clear up what i deemed as a damaging situation which was not fairly represented.

To answer User - Lots0 - AffEurope is not related to Aff United apart from sharing the same gaming platform (playtech)
