Annual Ski Trip - cya Monday

I'm heading off to go snowboarding this weekend on my annual 'Guys Ski Weekend', so I'm leaving the forums to our capable mods Hopefully I will be back on Monday with no broken bones! Good luck at LAC if you are there and work hard on your business if you are not!!!

I've never tried snowboarding before, but I know how to skateboard. I guess I'll find out if those skills transition over when I visit the snow later this year lol

Snowboarding is a blast and it definitely helps if you have skateboarded. My brother-in-law is an excellent skateboarder and picked snowboarding up a bit quicker than me at first.

Unfortunately this trip didn't go well. Got sick before I left, stayed back for 12 hours to get better. Thought I got better, went to the ski hill, did a couple runs... then drove all the way home Not a picture-perfect weekend this year, unfortunately - but all better now.
