AGD Ideas Stolen - where does it end?

Hi Andy ,
I post 90% of the time in CAP for our company , I witness the entire best casino partners fiasco and wondering if maybe this was some sort of payback on Lou's part .After all he did delete your forum about same time and now announcing this plan of his.My postings at CAP have been down at least 80% since best casino partner got certified .I will try to help anyway i can but these days I am pulling slack for my boss who is off until January.

Hi pokerkeep/Terry -I am the lush they didn;t take to Niagra Falls -Judy and Tracy spoke highly of you and your wife though.I will Be posting more here ,I am the most fun of the bunch anyway LOL .

Hi Gina, I'm gonna have to give Judy a piece of my mind... we needed someone at the Falls who could/would try to keep up with me. The rye went down very well (better than the poker game). It's good to meet you, and hopefully, we'll meet in person at the next event.

I'd like to be very clear that GPWA does not certify programs. If you look at the GPWA website you will see we try to be very clear that we have sponsors and we do our best to avoid any statements on our site that a program is certified simply because it chooses to support the GPWA as a sponsor. Certification is a complicated process, and I have not wanted us to claim any sort of certification without a good process in place.

With the recent acquisition of the APCW Audit staff that will likely change since I feel we may be in a position to begin to do some meaningful certification work. But even then I doubt that I would use the term certification since the meaning of that word has been so tainted by the meaning of the term CAP certification. And we would certainly focus on a different aspect of certification that affiliate guard dog.

Having watched CAP take GPWA ideas (as noted earlier in this thread) and produce inferior versions of them as check-off items for some time, I appreciate Andy's pain much more than most of you might realize.

Some of that is just business, but there is a way of doing business where you try to complement what others are doing and there is a way of doing business where you try to crush anyone else that has good ideas.
