I have blacklisted Casino Club, Slots Club, Affiliate Club, and the mother ship, Gaming VC.

I am using the Casino Club Rogue page to link out to similar pages. Please feel free to link back and post the URL of your rogue page so I can link to it.

As affiliates, we can't allow ourselves to be blackmailed like this. We CAN and SHOULD burn these businesses to the ground.

    Engineer,

I have linked to your page from the thread in my forum and will add you to my rogue article concerning Affiliate Club later today. BTW both my pages rank very well for Affiliate Club in google.co.uk

    Cool, thanks.

Hopefully more webmasters will take action and post an article, or at least a link to the existing articles. It's important that we don't allow affiliate programs to get away with stealing our commissions.

I am on the way back from Amsterdam now.

During the conference I had the chance to speak to the person at Affiliate Club who is responsible for introducing these new terms and conditions. I did argue that introducing these new terms is a really bad business decition for Affiliate Club going forward. I know that many other affiliates has been telling them the same on email and during the conference.

They are reconcidering the terms at the moment and I think/hope that I (and others) were able to convince them that sticking to the new terms and conditions is a really bad idear.

    Cheers
    Jan

Absolutely.. And 'waiting for CAC' was NOT the right answer, IMO. They will realize it - I just hope not too late. They may well be in trouble by the time they realize they need affiliates to come back.

Even if they change the T&Cs back now, I'm done with them. Trust is a fragile thing in this industry, and they smashed it to bits with this T&C stunt. These a-holes still haven't sent an email to their affiliates informing them of the change.

Maybe someday I'll work with them again -- maybe. I eventually learned to trust Referback and Fortune Affiliates again after their retroactive T&C fiasco. It took me 2 years, but I did give them another chance. I'm glad I did, because Fortune turned out to be quite profitable. (Referback, not quite as profitable, but still decent.)

With Affiliate Club, though, it is more complicated because not only is there the T&C issue, but there's also a separate player issue involving an unpaid jackpot winner. I don't know if that has been resolved yet; I stopped following the threads over at Casinomeister.

Has anyone else blacklisted Affiliate Club besides AGD, Dom, Webzcas, and me? If you haven't done it yet, please write something up and get it online! I'll link to your article from mine.

Slightly different topic -- I think people need to stop "waiting until the next conference" to get things accomplished. Send an email, pick up the phone, or catch people on MSN or Skype. But geez, don't wait around for one or two months to get important things taken care of. Grand Prive comes to mind... everyone waited around like idiots for a meeting that GP had no intention of going to....

BTW, what is the Grand Prive owner's name? I know his first name is Danesh. What's his last name? I'd like to include his full name in my blacklist article. Other people should know who this thief is so that they can avoid working with him in the future. If you know his name, or if you happen to find it, please post it here.

I found a possible last name: Choudree. Source: xhttp://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/printthread.php?t=6254&pp=40

Can anyone confirm that this is the owner's last name?

Edit: The first name may actually be spelled Dinesh instead of Danesh....
