Williamhill Internal Account

Hi guys.

I'm trying to find out what does Internal Account means for Affiliate Customers.
As working with Williamhill recently all of my customers went from my commission plan into Internal Account, maybe some of you guys might be able to explain me what does that stand for as my manager can't even answer that. Pretty useless customer support right .. My partnership with them is going downhill badly, now I understand why it's not recommended from affiliate guard dog!

Ours too we've just dropped them.

They are thieves, for the first time in a long time we had a decent payout this month...

All off a sudden they've dropped our payment percentage to 5% from 30%

These guys are low, we've worked for the majority at some point in the past and these are the pits!
