Hi guys, I posted few weeks ago about williamhill affiliate not paying out.
So here I would like to post about my experience about them.

Basically what happened I started to work with them around a year ago, everything was going well till lastmonth when I logged in my account and noticed my payment was set as under limit payment, they increased my minimal payment.

Contacted support first, they told me they will send email to finance department to find out what's going on. In same time I contacted also my account manager Nick Frankfurt it was end of october when he said he will chase it up for me. A week later nothing, so I decided to add him on skype and check up how things going regarding my account, got same answer : chasing for me.

Didn't get any response so decided to message him this morning, had my breakfast and noticed he deleted me from his contacts and now it's full ignore.
Tried to upload a screenshot from our last conversation but it keep saying I'm not allowed to post links.

Such a professional work ethic.

Do we have any WilliamHill managers here, who can at least tell me what's going on with my account?
Does anyone had previous experience like this, could maybe suggest me what to do next?

Now I understand what KasinoKing was talking about. Thanks for your info now I learned a lesson.

William Hill-managers at a non-WH-platform? Don't think so. They really do not give a damn about complaints of players or affiliates posted at whatever platform.

If you feel you have a case and it's worth? Take them to court. If not? See it as a paid lesson not working with this crooks.

If you feel you have a case and it's worth? Take them to court.

Taking a civil lawsuit out against WH, is a waste of time and cash. Pockets are way too deep.

When 32Red Plc took WillHill to court for Trademark infrindgement, that took a few years. Final judgement was ruled, in favour of 32Red Plc.

However...Out here in Australia (which the legal system seems to run in a similar vein to the UK), we have small-claim courts. Neither party is allowed representation by a solicitor. Hence it's an informal, yet still legally binding ruling.

Not that I'm savvy to UK legal stuff, but if your in the UK or EU, if this service is available, I'm sure you could action it.

I'm also pretty sure WillHill wouldn't want the publicity. Because if I was taking them to a small-claims court, I'd be phoning every damn newspaper/tabloid and telling them about it! In Australia, BIG corporations sticking-it to the little guy, stirs up public anger. I'm sure it's similar in the UK etc.

I would think, being served papers, would be a huge motivator to have you paid, and to stop you being stuffed about in future... EG - life time commissions, as promised!

EDIT:

For any aff program operating in the UK/EU, this could be a way for affiliates to get what's owned to them, if, there are these small-claim courts.

I´ve had payment problems as well, but I contacted my manager, and we solved everything.

I got my money after 5 months, but I got them.

From this moment I am getting payments every month automatically.

Wish you good luck with solving the problem..

@ARZ Lucky you. In many cases their affiliate managers do not even bother answering emails at all. I am confident you will run into problems again with them sooner or later though.

WilliamHill (AffUTD, Cpays) this is classic "bad guys" in our industry. First off all, never belive what WilliamHill managers tell you. This guys never keep they words. Break his own word - this is absolutely normal for this people.
