Where Does Waldo Go to get Customer Service with Skrill?

I am interested in knowing if others have had the same experience as I have and if they have been able to solve it. I have been struggling with Skrill for 6 months now trying to get my account set up properly. I am wondering if we have gone back to the dark ages for customer service and intelligence!


1)I was given a contact name at Skrill and he started off responding to my e-mails and saying that he can assist me finishing off my account set up. Now he doesn't reply to any of my e-mails. Nothing bad said, he just ignores them.

2)I then started trying to use the general help e-mails. They were slow at getting back to me but I will say that these people seem very low level and even combative. One said he can help but then didn't reply because your replies go to a general mail box and a different person picks i t up. The next person says it can't be done. A pretty bad system and these guys seem to get paid to respond but not think or help.

HERE IS WHAT I NEED TO FIGURE OUT:

I live in North America. My country is on the approved list for Skrill countries. I am trying to link my bank account to my SKRILL account. Payments to North American banks must go through an intermediate bank and then onto the North American bank. This requires the intermediate bank information to be put into the system but Skrill only allows one set of information to be entered. The original account manager indicated that this needed to be done manually but does not respond anymore. I have talked to someone that has done this with Neteller.

DOES ANYONE HAVE A HIGH LEVEL CONTACT AT SKRILL OR PAYSAFE THAT WILL RESPOND TO E-MAILS OR KNOW HOW I CAN SOLVE THIS ISSUE?

Is it a merchant account or personal account? Actually, I was on the phone with Skrill recently and the agent recommended the best way to contact them was by filling out their registration form and putting my question in there.

Hey GC Portals, I am sorry to hear you have had such a difficult time setting up the account. Like Kristine mentioned above, is this as a merchant or for a personal account? I know that as a merchant you get responses from an actual person with an actual name that assists you with what you need. As a personal account, I sadly did this too long ago to remember the experience or procedure.

Kristine, thanks for your thoughts on this. I wrote them as you suggested and didn't get a response. Betivity, it is a personal account but I met a higher level corporate account manager in London at LAC and he assisted with other issues on the account and said that he would help with this.... unfortunately he has stopped replying. Not sure why. Still searching for the holey grail that unlocks customer service at Skrill. The search goes on.

Both Neteller and Skrill are a joke now. Greedy gits with crap service, and a system that I'm sure is run by chipmunks.

He was my VIP manager at Neteller, but has since moved into the operations area of Paysafe, which, controls Skrill, Neteller et al.

I find that hard to believe, given, your profile states:
Gender:Male
Birthday: Aug 18, 2000 (Age: 17)

You have to be at least 18, to hold a Neteller or Skrill account. Likewise to be a gaming affiliate, or for that matter a player - some casinos etc require you to be at least 21, some even have a 25 year old min age.

WTF are you doing on this forum, posting this Horse$hit :mad:

Thanks to everyone for their replies and assistance. So far no luck. I did get one suggestion from EcoPayz who were quick to respond and provided me a list of phone numbers to call. Sadly I have tried the numbers 4 times and it just keeps ringing. No one answers. The search for the holy grail of Skrill Customer service continues. Who thought in this day and age, it could be so hard to get someone to help me do more business with them.
