They may be a good affiliate program but I cant comment on that. With those very unfriendly player terms this is one to avoid for any good and fair affiliates!

4 x bonus amount on withdrawals max on withdrawals if taking a bonus so max cap on any bonus withdrawals?? no thanks!

And what is the point of offering a no deposit bonus with a 100x wagering requirements and a max cap of £20?? That is just a sure way to try lure new players in and very bad practise IMHO.

I will take contact later this week with UK Gambling Commission as I do not like this kind of advertisement. Sorry for my sour grapes but this is just my opinion.

Again sorry to attack this kind of thread but I feel again need to try be constructive despite sounding negative. But what is the idea to join a great looking "in your eyes" affiliate brand if they are only backing one casino with very unfriendly player terms??

Friendly customer terms are what it comes down to for me as well. I am not aware of all of their terms but a 4* cap on any bonus winnings is definitely something I would not recommend to any player.

To finish off I don't feel its right off you to slander who I am promoting. There are plenty affiliate who choose to promote "rogue" casinos who offers large no deposit chips etc. but I promote mainly accredited or brands who are not rogue. Further more I have not even listed a No deposit bonus for BetAt?? I also see no official no deposit with a $20 or€£20 cap for that matter? This has nothing to do with Betreels?

To just comment lastly on that no deposit I can see your brand at least have a $100 cap which is much nicer.


PS. I also dont understand why other reps join in I feel only official reps for Betreels should post here but that's just me.

Hi Kristine just want to apologize all together. It does not belong in this thread. I read your post as direct attack towards me as affiliate reason I backfired a bit and also because the mention of BetAt.

Please take my post above with a grain of salt. Let us take this in another thread Kristine? Or could discuss further in PM or skype. I am not at all negative by the way I read so much negative stuff already hehe but that sometimes make me grumpy when I am tried and should not read in forum

What I Would like is to kick this thread back in postive direction and yes say welcome to BetReels

I'm sure the team will stop by this thread and sort out any player bonus details. For me (and I know not everyone agrees here) - bonuses can be taken or not taken. So - that is (and will never be) part of our criteria. I am sure you can read this exact statement 100 times at AGD.

Let's give them a chance to let you know WHY their bonus is set up like this and what they may (or may not do) to make it more to your liking. The company is good, the people are good, I think they are always out to do the right thing. And I think we all know that. THAT, IMO, is important.

Dieter here. Most of you know me from Refilliates.com. I have now joined Betreels.com as the operations manager.

Thank you Andy for the warm welcome and to those of you who have responded.

The bonus terms are set by Nektan. I have sent them this thread and asked if we can have our own bonus terms. I agree that 4 x Max Cashout is not tempting for a player. As for the Free Chip max cashout, I agree with you again. I will see what can be done to improve this.

Our new casino website will be live soon. Multi-currency went live yesterday.

I hope you will still add us to your sites and that our marketing efforts work well at retaining your referred players.

I personally don't see anything to appologise for.
Useless or "unfair" player offers don't help anyone - not the affiliates, the players or the operator.
Not specifically talking about BetReels here (which I haven't even lookad at yet), but if ANY casino can't offer a decent welcome offer with reasonable terms, then they shouldn'd offer bonuses at all IMPO.

I welcome BetReels to the forum and wish Dieter the very best with his new venture; he has always been one of the very best AMs I have ever worked with, so I'm confident he will do his upmost to make affiliates and players as happy as possible.

The Nektan management team are in Amsterdam, so hard to get answers at the moment. I will keep at it. If they aren't prepared to customise the offers for our players, we will look at getting onto a platform that will. At the end of the day, we have a responsibility towards players and affiliates to ensure everyone benefits from playing online.
