I am glad to say that this issue was resolved after being reviewed by GPWA.
We provided all the necessary info and they agree with us that this persona didn't act in good faith.
Legal actions will be taken against this so called "affiliate" ***** for harassment, use of a brand name and a personal name for the sole purpose of damaging and defame without cause.

There is no way to prove the data/information you send is 100% bona fide.

ok, I'm going to have to close this thread due to the inflamatory remarks. Sorry - I can't do much more than this since I am working furiously to pack for my yearly camping trip. Sorry if this offends anyone, but that is how it will go. I will also hide (not delete) the thread before I leave as I don't find this productive as an unattended piece of information which is likely false on at least one side of this coin.
