Hi all,

Wanted an opinion.

On my website www.heaven4casinos.com I have a menu with software/reviews.
When you hover it will drop down and shows all software I reviewed, but when you hover over the software you also see all casinos I reviewed using that software.

On the page of the software you also see all casinos. Should I leave that extra dropdown with the casino reviews, or just let people click the software and then see all casinos and reviews?

Wondering because some casinos use several different software and I added them under all pages.

Thanks for any feedback.

I'd leave that extra dropdown with the casino reviews. It just makes it easier for your visitors to see which casinos are listed in which categories without having to leave that page.

i agree its good for the readers but not as good as a simple topbar for seo to tell the engines the importance of the pages, IMO. He has to rank first, then make the readers happy, My two cents.

It looks okay on my end, except that the last couple of software suppliers are difficult to
view without scrolling the page, because they fall off the bottom of the laptop screen here.
From a user perspective, it's much easier this way.. the player can easily find the actual reviews.

I think you should leave the extra menu - it is helping the UX a lot

The drop down menu is a bit long, but it serves its purpose. If your site was fully responsive and squeezed everything into 1 column with a mobile menu I'd recommend getting rid of it. On this site you can get away with it though

I kinda hate the blog style of the home page... I find it confusing for visitors, since so many topics listed - kind of a mess isn't it?

I just point that I hate blog aproach for affiliate sites, anyway my comment is offtopic, so sorry. Otherwise the dropdown menus are 50:50, I would A/B test it.

No it's not off topic, any opinion is helpful. I personally like blogs, seen enough top 10 lists on homepages ;-)

I might create two menus I think. One for desktop, one for mobile, mobile without all reviews.

I would keep the extra menu because it adds to better navigation of your site.

The only thing I hate about those drop-menus as a user is when you accidentally cross over them and can't get to the actual content you're aiming for (for a couple of seconds). I do like the clarity that the menu provides though.

One option would be to shorten the list of sites reviewed to say ~5-6 and then say "click for more..."
