Hi,

I just signed up as affiliate about 2 months ago and as per their t&c payments are made every month on the 7th. However, i find it surprising that a site which pays player winnings as fast as they do will take this long to pay their affiliate partners.

I mean if it says the 7th, I would expect payment no later than the 8th of the month. Just wondering if your earning are paid on time as they advertised.

For the month of June, instead of getting paid on the 7th, it did not get processed and approved till the July 19th! A 12 day almost 2 week delay on my first payment.

As for the month of July, payments is still pending when it should have been paid 2 days ago.

Are we supposed to accept this as normal while their terms and conditions clearly says the 7th?

Yes, you are right.
Up until September 2016, when pay was to my casino account, all my payments were made between the 7th and the 10th (just 1 was the 11th).
After that they switched to pay by bank wire, and I have had 5 payments the following number of days after the end of the month: 20, 14, 13, 30, 21.

They certainly aren't the only ones who pay later than their terms say, but it does look like they need to speed up payments... or change their T&Cs to match their new time-scales.

So is there anything we can do to get a response from the casino? I mean having their terms stated as is, this is basically false advertising and failure to deliver on what has been agreed to say the least.

We don't bring them players playing at their casino depositing with checks that cashes 2-3 weeks after they have played so why can't they get the most important aspect of this business straight?

This is just bad practice and out of all casinos they should definitely understand the importance of fast and online payment. I would not believe they would allow such a thing for their depositing casino players so why to the affiliates they can. It even keep a simple and yet most important part of affiliate business straight?

Does any of their casino reps read this forum? I have not seen this topic in this forum and if as you said this issue started Sep 2016, it has been almost a year that they are not paying on time and absolutely have no sense of urgency in doing what's right on the most important value of all.

Let's try and have this thing changed. It is not right and they should not be comfortable doing nothing about it for as long as we've basically allowed them to do so and they are just taking it for granted now no?

It is definitely false advertising and most places are, very unfortunately, guilty of this. I try to track the actual payment dates on the right side of the forum (you can see that they pay by wire between the 12th-18th and player accounts more quickly). This is only as accurate as the data entered (i.e., Affiliate Payments Calendar link at the top menu bar).

This post reminds me that it is not notifying them of posts in this forum. I have fixed that and this post will now notify them of the message (my apologies).

Just to clarify we have not stipulated a date or time frame on our T & C as to when we finalize payment during the month.

"Payments are settled every month, always one month in arrears"

We try and pay as fast and as effectively as possible.

We Always pay and have never reneged on payments unless there was a valid reason Fraud etc

That 100% factual. I've trawled through past T&C's, and VS have never had a payment date set.

One thing I did find, that gave me an ironic chuckle was this (back on their old aff page videoslots.com/affiliate/) unless you have no sense of humour, you'll also see the funny-side to this too:

Ok fine and apologize for the false accusation. I'm sorry cause I was pretty sure someone told me the 7th before.

In this case, could you please elaborate on which day you plan on paying and set a date from now on so that we know when and what to expect every month?

Also would like to know why can't we be paid in our player accounts anymore? The only option by bankwire is very inconvenient when you have and had all those available payment options to work with. Why limit to just bankwire?

Could you please make more options especially ewallets available? If not what is the reason that you are not able to? Do you need verification? If so please advise.

We separated the Affiliate side of the business from the casino side for various reasons but when we launched our new platform it was impossible to pay via the player accounts any longer and most affiliates didn't want this done. We would also then require KYC information which was an issue for a lot of affiliates.

We also offer multiple currencies on sign up to our affiliate platform and this is an issue when we want to try pay via wallets so until the system is in one currency we have put ewallet payments on hold ( we are looking at it)

We are looking at adding more options in future but only once our system is at a level where we and affiliates are happy with it.

It is something we will discuss but not for a while still as we have other priorities at the moment with system fixes etc

Ok understood and thanks on the payment options but you have not mentioned any date of payment. It is hard to believe that a casino like yours that pays winnings as fast as you do are not able to forecast a set date for paying affiliates.

I am sure your friend nance department knows how to budget this in thier monthly payment in advance or they could not have instantly paid by ewallets and definitely won't be able to pay out large winnings as fast as you are if not able to budget and pay affiliates on a predetermined date set in advance. It's either you want to do it for your affiliate partners or not. If not why wouldn't you want your affiliates to be paid on time on a predetermined date of month set in advance?

We don't set a date as we don't want to have unrealistic expectations that we may or may not meet if we say we can pay or will pay by the 7th and we miss it for whatever reasons then there is an issue that we want to avoid .. Things happen that are unforeseen and this can cause delays so we don't want to have that situation . As long as we pay our affiliates in a correct manner and during the correct period we feel we are being fair and honoring our commitments. We could be faster yes and we may sometimes surprise you by doing so but for now, it is a case of we pay every month, always one month in arrears
