Agreed!! We all take our chances and in the end some learn the hard way.
Not to hijack and change topic. What gets me so crazed is how Europartners
survives all this long I guess many many prepaids from my understanding.

They still have predatory terms and conditions and WILL USE THEM. If you don't have an 'arbitrary' number of players, they will terminate you.

I will be watching unitbet then, i had some problems with for nearly 2 weeks, they said they would get us an exclusive, but they then kept giving excuses everytime i followed up with the affiliate manager on skype, but i am new too, and i don't have any signups for them yet or conversions, so i will just watch them closely when we do start getting signups.

Same here, but my overall performance isn't great with them. I think the main reason is because they are using geotargeting based on browser language instead IP.

For example if you send them players from Germany who have user language set to EN they will not land to Unibet.de. They will be redirected to Unibet.com where Germany isn't offered in country select list so it looks like that doesn't accept players from there.

Is this still the case? Was chatting to an affiliate at LAC who was saying the terms have changed quite a bit...

Had a quick scan of the T&C's and couldn't find anything directly relating to a player quota except the following:

6.6 Unibet reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Affiliate does not generate any clicks on the Unibet Content for three consecutive months.

6.7 Unibet reserves the right to reduce the Affiliate’s Commission/change the Affiliate’s Reward Plan if the Affiliate substantially reduces its efforts to promote Unibet.

That's to open to interpretation, how much is a 'substantial reduction' they need to get rid of that term IMO.

I actually dumped them in August 2013 (only because their website did not clearly display player welcome bonus T&Cs).
But they then paid me twice in 2014 for existing players, at my agreed rev % and despite me not promoting them at all.
So to be fair I put them back on my sites about 3 weeks ago. (The T&Cs are now on the website).
Doesn't look to me like they are imposing any "predatory" terms.
