Stay Partners - not paying commission - RESOLVED

Hey everyone, we're experiencing problems with Stay Partners (brand: Richard Casino), as our pending commissions from January still haven't been processed. We agreed on a deal, sent them players in January for a total of €13,750 commissions, and we're waiting for our payment since then. They first asked us to wait, and now it's been 1 month they don't even answer anymore. I see that we're not the only ones facing this issue. Did anyone manage to get paid and do you have any suggestions to recover our commissions?

Over an approx 7 month period, you've spoke out about three (3) affiliate programs, not paying you. Seems your business model is based on CPA. These deals usually are OK, if ALL is Kosher!

That is unless an affiliate doesn't try to burn the program, with incentivized traffic...

I did a search here on AGD. Unable to find anyone else having payment issues with Stay Partners et al.

Where exactly are these other(s) affiliate(s), who, are experiencing payment issue(s)?

We work with conversion guarantee and this is what caused a problem here. The only thing not "Kosher" was that they didn't pay the FTDs guaranteed in January. But apparently it was due to a miscommunic
