Since Eduard Klainer is gone i have this problems.... is this a random ???

He was a really good and helpful AM .

I also often have the feeling that my new AM is annoyed if there are some questions....

Firstly I would like to apologise for the late reply.
Secondly i really don't understand the reason this post heated up.

If we are talking about a drop in earning it could mean that its simply the players have stopped playing. This is part of the industry. If anyone has ever worked on the operator side you will know that the vast majority of players sent by affiliates to sites will play one time at a specific online casino. The rest the minority will play more. Fradog i will be happy to deal with you personally if you drop me a mail to ashley@affeurope.com and give you an exact answer about how your account is looking. You were sending Italian Traffic which we can not accept anymore (since January 2014) due to playtech and AAMS regulations. And unfortunately this market (existing Italian players) will come to a close for us end of June. Not much to do here i am afraid

As for Oyropa, yes Eduard was a very good account manager and he is still doing well in his new ventures. However Eduard had no control over your traffic. The Internal teams are still the same and are doing some amazing stuff with the players. Casino earnings are a volume game. The more you send in the higher your chances of making higher revenues. Now seen you mentioned our cross platform i will emphasise on it. You get paid no matter where your player plays in our casinos. So bundling is in your favour. We also offer no negative carry over so you are in a win win situation. But to explain your account. In 2014 you have sent in 1 FTD (first time depositor) into our brands. The revenue you have seen for most of your time with us is mostly from one player who you brought in ages ago. Now this player has come to a little bit of a slump which is your decrease in revenues. Conclusion please send us more traffic to see more revenues as what we have done up until now on your account is a little short of amazing.

As for other remarks made about how well we treat our affiliates....Its a bit unfair. I could easily go ask affiliates to go write good words for us here as we have many who are extremely happy with us however its pointless. We will be accused of getting them to do that for incentive or something else.

End of the day Affeurope has one of the best retention teams in the business and this is a fact. I am willing to back this up with anyone looking for a place to send his traffic to.

This thread commenced on Apr 7, 2014 and no one from Aff Europe bothered to responded till you did, on June 1, 2014. Maybe that's a clue :D
