Is Ruby Royal Affiliates the only Rival Affiliate Program that has a negative carry over?

I swear I don't remember this negative carry over term being there when I signed up with them but it may have been and I just missed it. I don't know of any other Rival program to have this negative carry over...do you guys?

Derek, why in the world do you guys implement this bad term my friend?

They have had negative carryover from the start at Ruby Royal. Yes, they are the only Rival left with negative carryover. iGamingProfits had that, originally, but removed it after chatting with them about it.

hmmm...... I must have forgotten about this neg point to the program. Players love this casino though the support is amazing so I feel like I will have to continue to send them to this Rival since there are not as many out there these days that are treating players as they should be treated.

Yea, I absolutely agree with you there Bonustreak. Ruby Royal without a doubt has some of the absolute best bonuses offered to players. I also play there quite a bit myself and the cashout time-frame is simply amazing. In my case, most if not all of my cashouts have been paid the very next day...thanks for that Derek :)

But back to the negative carryover, I just don't get that one. Why be the only Rival Casino to stand out in this dark light? There is no need for that at all.

Hopefully we can get Derek to come in here and make a statement regarding this bad term and open up some discussion on it.

Hi everyone,

Having reviewed some of the comments below and from one on one discussions with a number of affiliates, I'm happy to say that we will be removing the negative carry over clause from the affiliate program.

Starting from today, negative carry over will no longer be enforced on your affiliate earnings. This will also be applied retroactively to past earnings and any negatives will be wiped clean when we tick over into November

I will will be sending a mailer out later today with the official statement.

Andy, i will be updating our terms and conditions today so your T&C spider should see the update

Derek, that is totally awesome my friend. Thank you so much for going to bat here for us affiliates. Things like this and your show of support here is what will make your business model within this industry a much more respected program.

This type of commitment to your affiliates also shines a good light on this industry overall as well!

Because of joy, but my heart is crying, nowadays there are so few actions that favour affiliates, so thank you for the great moment Ruby Royal, now I think I will sign up!

Derek, you need to check the backend in the affiliate reporting stats. It still appears to be carrying over the negative balances!

Thanks

I'm on it, will update all asap

Thx

Thanks for that Derek, on another issue as we discussed on chat this time last week...it appears that the promotion dept there did not take our advice...:p

Here again is my weekend cashback offer that I just claimed in the cashier where I can cashout an incredibly whooping $2.52 cents Max !!! I hope the accounting dept does not get too pi$$ed at me for processing this huge cashout! lol :)

Any news on this Derek. Mine is now showing a negative carryover of $-390.04 whereas the other day it showed $-460.00, so it has went down a little but it has not gone away and zeroed out yet!

This was all completed as of yesterday. You will notice you have earnings for November while Octobers earnings do not effect November. I'm not 100% sure why the balance went down from 460 to 390. When did you see that? Its possible that a player could have lost some amount which reduced your negative in that month..

Please take a look at your stats and confirm for me that your November earnings are now not effected by negative October earnings?

Thx

OK, I did see the Nov. earnings there, so as long as that -390.04 for Oct. does not affect Nov. earnings then I reckon you have it all sorted out... :) Thanks Derek.
