Regards Karamba partnership

Hello,
I found out about this forum while looking for reviews and similar issues to mine regards Karamba Partners.

I would like to share about my situation about this, so recently I started promoting with my group of team for Karamba Partners and it happened so, that we started promoting for them in the middle of the month, we kept promoting and gaining actual revenue until a point that came, the next month I got a message from the Skype manager that the deal will be ended in 48 hours, because 'there is no value in traffic'.

This is interesting because we kept sending traffic throughout the whole month and we gained actual revenue for them, but when the comission was settled for the last month, the next month we received the message from the manager as stated above and the comission status appeared as hold payment. Since we gained actual revenue profit for them, obviously we are looking to get our share of comissions.

This sounds a little bothering to us, as why we haven't got any messages or warnings during the month we were promoting, but got the information about this outcome only in the next month. Also there weren't any more in-depth information about the situation whatsoever, only that the deal will be ended in 48 hours.

If someone is interested, I can share on more details regarding this overall issue. I would also appreciate any help or information regarding situations like this, as of why this would happen or this could be just a mistake from their side.

Also, we already messaged the manager and some other e-mail contacts related to Karamba Partners, and we are looking towards what they have to answer regards this issue.

Thank you! I am having a conversation with their manager aswell, but no real answer from their side yet from my perspective. They say that the traffic we sent to them was monitored by their analysts throughout the whole month, traffic which gained actual revenue and deposit players for them. But I don't understand why they couldn't inform us about this issue earlier, so we could look deeper into this issue or stop sending our traffic for them.

Tony, as for our separate and direct exchange of emails, unfortunately the vast majority of the traffic coming from your tracking code has been flagged by our anti-fraud traffic system and also, at the same time, by our fraud department as containing suspicious and fraudulent activity.

Following this, we have proceeded according to our terms which include:
  1. informing the affiliate
  2. terminating the affiliate account
  3. holding a payment related to the players flagged
Allow me to say, that we at Karamba, work with affiliates for many years, ensuring prompt payments and good long-term relationships. As every other operator we have a zero-tolerance policy for traffic violating our terms.

Obviously, I won’t be able to disclose more here, but I ensure that we wouldn't take such actions if unjustified.

Tony, nothing personal, as mentioned, the issue is on the traffic coming from your tracking.

Good day!

You are repeating yourself again. I still don't understand what you are trying to say, because, obviously, you have gained players from our traffic which gained you revenue! I don't understand why we can't get paid for those players, but you keep repeating that your analysts claimed our traffic is fraud, but yet somehow you got profit from those players(which is seen in the dashboard, that they made deposits), and you are refusing to pay us. And nobody informed us about this situation before, only when it came closer to the beginning of a new month!

We are fine with that you are terminating the account and closing the deal, but we want to receive our share of the comission, which we provided for you. So it currently happens that you are in profit, but are refusing to pay our share. Can we just get paid and end this partnership on friendly terms?

We are currently not sure about what you claim about your work and partnerships with other affiliates, as we are patiently waiting for our payments to be received, which would be only fair, because we were providing players for you as agreed. But you keep going in the same accusations over and over again about the traffic being fraud, yet in the dashboard it shows that there are deposit players from which you gained profit. Additionally which sounds strange to us, as repeated, you informed us about this 'issue' only when you decided that the deal will be ended after we have sent you our traffic.

Now that we have received an e-mail from your department in which you admit yourself that we have gained for you very small amount of players, which has been elaborated before and should be plainly understandable, because of other factors including that the deal was started only in the middle of the month and other things... Then what exactly is the problem to pay us for them? We don't want to go further into claiming any accusations of anyone being fraudulent, but you have already stepped into these accusations. But, why then, it appears as there are actual deposit players in the dashboard, which you also admitted in e-mail and said that it was a very small amount of players, for whom you are obviously able to pay our share!!!

This is getting more frustrating. Why we can't get paid for the traffic we sent to you? Even if it is that small amount of players, just pay us our share and lets end this partnership on friendly terms so everyone stays happy and sound.
