Specifically read post #17 ... I still maintain that the lack of migration is not on the shoulders of Leon, but to date, we're still yet to receive our login credentials or any type of payment since this sudden migration. No one contacted the email address listed in the old Probability system notifying us of the rebrand ages ago, no one alerted us of the need to create a new user/pass combo (nor did they alert us that everyone was migrated). Since the rebrand, we've received no payments either. We received regular payment under the old regime.

I would reasonably think that anyone "lost in the shuffle" would have been contacted by now.

I don't hold a vested interest in the old Probability Aff Program, but give what's Shay's posted both here and at the GPWA, it would seem by all accounts, affiliates are still owed commissions - Shay certainly hasn't received his. I'm pretty sure the players affiliates sent to Probability, are still earning IGT money.

Granted this is before your time... BUT your now in control of this per se, so what are you/IGT Partners doing about getting these affiliates, include Shay, paid?

I like to give you guys a try but while this matter hangs around, I can't.

thanks for your welcome.
I take this opportunity to clarify again the situation IGT Partners - Probability Affiliates as per the other thread in GPWA.

All players data have been migrated and added to the the referring affiliate's new account in the IGT Partners Affiliate Program, these affiliates are receiving my communications on a weekly basis through the affiliate newsletter.

I would kindly invite all the old Probabily Affiliates in ADG and GPWA (like @Shay ) to follow the instructions below:
Should there be an anomaly with your account, kindly send me a PM (including your pre and post migration account details such as Username, Email, Name and Surname, Website registered and the Relevant info about your case) in order to start the investigation and I will do my best to sort it out for you.
Please bear in mind that I have no direct access to the old Probability data, and that this would need to be requested from Income Access (our affiliate platform provider).

I'm not aware of any pending case but you can reach me anytime and anyway (PM on AGD/GPWA or via email at affiliates@igtpartners.com or via Skype) and I will do my best to solve it.

My main goal is to grow, run and manage our affiliate program in a trusted and transparent manner.

Looking forward to getting in touch with you all (old and new affiliates) and starting a strong and profitable partnership.
