Dear RedBush,

My name is Marc and I am the manager of AffAlliance and we promote Golden Lion and Supernova brands, soon we will be launching 2 new brands.

All of our brands are hosted on our servers and there is no reason for you to add none of our brands to your blacklist.

First of all you can ask any of the affiliates that are working with AffAlliance that we pay on time, usually between 1st and 3rd of the month and we never had any delay with payments and we always work hard for our affiliates.

Second of all Rival is the software provider and it provides the games, so does BetSoft and Vivo gaming that we also working with.
But none of those software providers are related to any business decision of any affiliate program.

I would kindly ask you to remove our brands from this list and any other affiliate that has any issue is more than welcome to message me or add me to Skype: Info.AffAlliance in order to discuss any issue that they have.

For the past year that we've been operating there was 0 complaints from any affiliate or player regarding any issue they had with conversion, payouts and any other marking issue.
We are listed in some of the major affiliate websites online and we do our best to make every one of our affiliates satisfied.

Thank you,
Marc

Hello Marc............Please note that I did not blacklist anyone. I only posted a list of Rival Casinos nor did I make any accusations whatsoever regarding payments.

Up to 2 weeks to pay first withdrawal and up to 21 business days in FAQ to pay players... This is very slow and NOT players friendly.

Hi,

Actually we changed the terms and conditions and it will be updated this week,

We pay our players up to 7-1o business days usually faster depends on the player class.

For the highest player class we pay up to 3 business days and its confirmed and for new players up to 7-10 business days as stated above.

You can look around if there is one complaint over the forums about our payments and I assure you there is none because we pay all our players and we do it fast just because we want them to come back to play with us, if we delay payments to players or affiliates the result will be players won't be depositing or playing and affiliates will stop traffic.

You can come to live chat and check it out we didn't had time to update it due to changes in the design of our brands to make them more friendly for mobile use :)

Regards,
Marc

7 - 10 business days, does this include web wallets? If it does, that's pathetic! In 2016, when many casinos pay in less than 24 hours, I'd go so far as saying, your payout policies, are verging on, what I'd consider, to be clip-joint time frames.

7-10 business days for a bank-wire is pretty poor too...just sayin.

FYI - Video Slots pay to web-wallets (non-verified) accounts with 48 hours.
Verified players are paid within an 1 hour, 24/7/365, up to $-£-€10,000 max withdrawal per day.

Hence it is possible to pay players in lightning fast times, these days. Choosing not to, well, we ALL know that unethical strategy...

more friendly

It would be better (err ethical), to stop holding (err stalling) legitimate payments and pay winner their money. Fact is, it's not your money to hold onto. If you don't like paying winners, don't accept the bet! I say, don't like paying, because if you did, you wouldn't be stalling for 7 to 10 working days.

Clearly a strategy in hope players reverse their winnings, and play it ALL back.

Shame on your casinos, for having this 100% unfriendly player policy :(

@Marc.AffAlliance,

Checked out the General T&C's for SuperNova Casino. Didn't bother with Golden Lion Casino, figured they'd be the same.

4.4.12. If a player does not log in to an account for 90 days or more; any balance in such a case will be forfeited;

Player gets sick, or something else happens, which prevents them logging into the casino in 90 days or more. So... the casino steals their money. :eek:

As you can see we wrote 7-10 business days but usually we pay out faster, the EWallet cases such as NETeller or Skrill usually being paid even faster.

We approve the documents and we send the payment, we don't have any intention on holding any players winnings since while we do they do not make more deposits or bets so there is no logic for us to hold it. We do our best to release payments faster than any other affiliate program.

Hi AussieDave,

Thanks for the reply,
We never take or touch any money that player wins or has in his account.

We can send even example of a player that won but had problems with his credit cards and made chargeback.
We kept his account opened until he will be able to figure out what happened and pay the money that was chargebacked.

If you have any doubt with anything I am saying you can add me to skype I will send you print screens that will remove any doubt regarding that.

4.4.12. If a player does not log in to an account for 90 days or more; any balance in such a case will be forfeited; - Removed I have no Idea who wrote this but I appreciate the notice.

"usually" doesn't mean always.

we pay all our players and we do it fast

Fast is synonyms with: speedy, quick, swift, rapid...

7 - 10 business days (is written in black & white in the T&C's). Are you saying the casinos don't adhere to their own T&C's, Marc?

Moreover you can suggest improvements and I will see what I can do about it.

There is no point trying to needle someone that comes to with open arms to explain and to find better options for affiliates and players.

Thanks

@Marc.AffAlliance,

I'm not trying to needle you. Merely pointing out what you stating, is divergent, to what's contained within the casinos T&C's. And, that paying players within 7 - 10 business days, is charactistic of clip joints, who use these sloooooooooooow payout times, as a strategy, in hope, player reverse their winnings and lose.

I'm all for suggesting positive steps forward.

If you and the casinos are happy to work towards changing your T&C's to make them player friendly, then I'm happy. As I'm sure are other affiliates who, like myself, place the interest of my referred player 1'st, before my own personal gains.

EDIT: Can we get these posts added to a new thread please? It's kinda taken the orginal off-topic.

I split off the thread where I felt necessary. Looks like AffAlliance is recruiting here, but I know they are defending. I will let it go. once I read through this I will probably comment.
