Do people think this kind of regulation will lead to more people using offshore sites? Recently I have noticed sites promoting offshore casinos to UK visitors ranking higher in the Google SERPs (even .uk domains), not to mention the shady non gamstop stuff.

hasn't been the case in other regulated markets with these rules - eg in baltic countries, lithuanlia, latvia, they have many of these rules already.
