Hi all,
Is anyone else experiencing difficulties with receiving payment from Casiplay?
They are giving me the run around that a Bpay Biller code (which I believe is Australian only and has got nothing to do with a bank transfer) was needed.
I had to explain at length that this shouldn't be needed for a bank transfer and the affiliate manager replies "please just provide, it's what the finance department has asked for".
Anyways, we've now moved forward with a "revised" invoice provided and again waiting for the "finance" department to process.
