I am an affiliate of Wofacai, I didn't receive any payment since 2012 due to they changed the T&C requesting to have 5 active player in a month. Now I have accumulate $10000 in the account, but my account never receive a cent. I could find that I have 5 active players in 7/2013, and I emailed to them on 1 May, but they just ignore me. No reply... What can I do?

Well I've never heard of this affiliate program. So I went for a snoop. Turns out, it's connected to a playtech casino(s) for the Asian market. The affiliate program, hmmm the design is like something dug up from years gone by. Anyway... Here's the Affiliate T&C's: yyyhttp://ext.dafa888.com/agreement.html

The gambling properties are:
dafa888.com
dafapoker.com
dafagames.com

The affiliate program URL: yyyhttp://affiliate.yulecheng888.com

As far as the T&C's changing, well I don't know where you got that info from but on the T&C's URL above it states it was last updated: As of January 1, 2011

Reiterating I've never heard of this program much less these gambling sites. And, if the affiliate program is not corrisponding with you, and your owed $10K and have not received anything since 2012, then my guess, your going to be hard-pushed to get your money. My advice yank all their banner and promotions.

You could also try visiting CasinoMeister.com Forum and pitching a bitch (PAB), I understand they will help affiliates in cases like this BUT not sure of your chances, though anything at this stage is worth a shot!

Added: dafa888.com claims it is regulated by yyyhttp://firstcagayan.com/home.php (Licensing and regulator for Asian Gaming Market). Is dafa888.com a legit license holder here, I have no idea.

As I recall their terms have been bad since day 1. I recall asking them to change the terms and got one of those 'management won't let me' answers. This is all from memory.

I am so regret sending customer to them... Since each month always have 4 active players, really really seldom reach 5... I am wondering why... For sure I stopped promoting them for a while. And I just feel that they hold my customers and my commission is really bad practice.... I really want to fight what supposed to be mine...

Try getting in touch with the owners @ xxx.asianlogic.com. It's a large company that also has public presence at some of the gaming events.

Alternatively you may try contacting their gaming jurisdiction and Playtech. I do not think it will help much but it's a good way to begin with.

Last but not least, there are also some affiliate advertising this joint who you might ask for support.

I did PAB in CasinoMeister.com for few days, but also no reply, wofacai/dafa of course no reply. I am so upset about this... If there is any experienced people here could help me to do it. I could share 50% of the commission amount he fight back for me finally...

Did you try GPWA and CAP also? I doubt they can help if AGD or Casinomeister can't but anything is worth a try
Today I receive the mail from Casinomeister, and they will start to follow my case. Thank you all of you guys... :)

Good luck Jason, and let us know how it turns out. They sound shady as hell.

The PAB process at CasinoMeister can take a while BUT be assured Max will get it addressed. If in the end you don't get paid, it's more than likely this entire Company will be rogued. I should mention, DafaBet.com who is directly connected to this clip-joint, is the official sponsor of Aston Villa FC. Might be worth letting them know about this too. I'm sure they don't want to be associated with, what seems a very shifty operator!
